Accuracy of Information: We attempt to and pride ourselves on being as accurate as possible when describing our products on this site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, information or other content available on the site are error-free.

Intellectual Property: All of the information and content available on this site and its look and feel, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation and organization of ALL content is the property of Kumani Essentials, and is protected by United States and international laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks.

Payment Options: Web orders may be paid by Visa or Master Card. Phone orders may be paid by Visa, Master Card and Amex. You are responsible for any legal fees incurred due to payment collection.

Back Orders: To ensure that KUMANI provides you with premium ingredients possible, back orders may occur based on ingredient availability, freshness and quality.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Services: Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service ground. For 2nd Day air, next day air and shipments anywhere outside of the Continental U.S., shipping will be calculated by cost of goods. Shipping charges are determined at time of shipping and will be added to the invoice.

Refusal of Shipment: If any shipment is returned due to refusal or undeliverable, the shipping costs will be applied to clients account. New shipping charges will be added to resend the shipment. Future shipments will be held until the client's account balance is cleared.

Damaged Shipment: If products are damaged during shipment keep product in original box and immediately notify KUMANI at 617.342.7370 or email us at info@kumaniessentials.com, and UPS. UPS will require a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. KUMANI will send a replacement product ASAP.

Returns: Client returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of order. Shipping and handling costs are not included in refund. All returned products must have been purchased on the KUMANI website or by phone. Please accompany your return with a copy of the web purchase receipt, an explanation of why you are returning the merchandise and whether you would like a replacement or refund. All products must be returned in perfect condition. Any merchandise returned damaged will not be refunded or replaced.  Please wrap all items in bubble packing material. 

To Place an Order: You may place a retail order by using our website or toll free number. All Professional Wholesale orders must be called in. See Wholesale Customers section below.

By placing any order you agree to all Kumani terms and conditions.

KUMANI Essentials currently only ships goods to clients within the United States.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

Opening an Account: KUMANI requires all Professional Wholesale accounts to be a licensed retailer, skin care professional, spa/salon/health club owner, director, manager or employee in a retail buying position. Please have your license/resale number ready when you place your order.

Opening Orders: KUMANI requires a minimum order of $200 for all Professional Wholesale accounts. A credit card is required for ALL FIRST ORDERS. After that, terms may be established at the discretion of Kumani Essentials.

Trade Show Purchases: KUMANI reserves the right to open accounts with clients who make purchases at tradeshows. Purchases resulting from tradeshows do not automatically qualify as an account. There will be no refunds or exchanges on products purchased at tradeshows.

Retail/Web Sales: All KUMANI products sold on-line or at retail locations must be sold at or above current suggested retail prices set by KUMANI on this site. KUMANI USA reserves the right to refuse or prohibit future sales to anyone or any company not upholding these standards.
